Residence Giovanni byla otevřena v září 2015 a je nejnovějším rekonstruovaným objektem v centru Starého města Prahy. Nachází se v historickém dvoře v bezprostřední blízkosti Karlova mostu (150m).
Do 1.12.2016 byla residence dočasně uzavřena a poté provoz obnoven pod novými majiteli, aby tak pokračoval úspěch, který tato residence dříve u klientů vždy měla.

Until 1.12.2016 the residence was closed for a while and now it is again opened by the new owners that wants to continue with the sucess of this place.
